Meet Stefania, Account Director Italy at Sublime

Hi, can you say a few words about you?

I’m Stefania, I was born and grew up in Italy and I moved to Paris 7 years ago for an internship in the digital world. I fell in love with Paris, so I stayed after the end of my internship. Today my life is between Paris and Milan, so I don’t miss my espresso in the morning.

Can you tell us about your position at Sublime?

I arrived at Sublime in 2017 as Account Director Italy. My first mission was to open the Italian market from the headquarters in Paris, finding commercial opportunity and partnership. Over the months, with the Sublime Italian team, we worked to make our own place in the market. Today, I manage the Italian client portfolio.

What do you like best about your job?

For my position I have to travel a lot and meet new people all the time, this is what I love the most. I also like solving problems, so in the morning I look forward to check my emails and find the best way to solve all the problems.

Your best memory at Sublime?

I have a lot of good memories, but I think the best one is the annual seminar, when we have the chance to meet all the colleagues from around the world in an informal setting.

What do you miss most about your colleagues during the lockdown?

In these hard times I miss the human interaction. At the office it is simple to just take a coffee with some colleagues and speak about a Netflix film or party or song. I really miss to chat and laugh with them. Luckily, we have video call 😉

Who has been the biggest influence on your career? Why?

I try to inspire myself from all the people I know, I don’t have someone that particularly influenced me in my career. I always take the best of my family, friends and colleagues to stay positive.
