Account Executive | Sublime

We are looking for an Account Management Executive based in our Manchester office. The executive will be part of a growing team in our newly established regional office. You will work closely with the Regional Account Director to build and deliver world-class digital solutions to your customers, and be responsible for managing deals and partnerships from start to finish.
Sublime is looking for a candidate who is passionate about digital advertising, great at providing a high level of client service, and an excellent problem solver. Day to day tasks will include campaign set up and management of the creative process, you’ll likely be completing internal processes, navigating and preventing any potential issues with campaigns and growing client relationships.
Media is a social industry and so we expect candidates to attend events with the team and clients once or twice a week and to be able to manage this time out of the office with daily priorities. The client always comes first and time management is essential.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: • Support business growth in the regional territories. • Working alongside the Regional Account Director on existing agency relationships as well as new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of digital campaigns from huge global brands. • Understand and manage all aspects of campaigns, including planning, implementation and execution, in order to meet client objectives. • Working across the key platforms for digital display: Video and mobile. • Assisting with sales proposals. • Dialling in to weekly meetings with sales team. • Liaising with internal departments from creative, to publishing, sales and adops to develop the needs of your accounts. • Monitoring and reporting on campaigns and sales targets alike via internal systems. • Learning about the programmatic landscape and the company’s status and evolution within this landscape, and developing industry knowledge as a result.
