Sublime is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore to cover existing accounts and open up new opportunities with new brands and media agencies across the region to help accelerate Sublime APAC’s growth in the region.
To do so, your main missions will be to:
- Work with the APAC commercial lead to design and implement a sales strategy for South East Asia
- Consistently deliver against quaterly sales targets by up selling to exisiting clients and prospecting for leads that convert into new business
- Build new relationships and nuture existing ones with key brands, agency groups and trading desks across South East Asia
- Develop a deep understanding of the agency landscape to establish relationships with key stakeholders, decisions makers and potential clients
- Leverage on your existing network to develop Sublime’s client portfolio
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, creative mock ups and media strategies that speak to the client’s needs and objectives
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling points and differentiators
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that you will be able to continually enhance the company’s profile across the region
Required profile :
Minimum of 3 years experience in the digital adversting field or adtech ecosystem and a programmatic sales experience.
Showcase a strong understanding of programmatic media sales.
Able to work within a team in a fast paced environment and is able to adapt to change.
Ideally, you have an existing network of agency or brand contacts in the region.
Languages: English required (Bahasa Indonesia or Thia language skills are a bonus)
IT skills / proficiency in specific software:
Salesforce Mircosoft office package DSP/SSP/Ad server knowledge DMP
