Meet Stefano, Business Development Manager Italy

Hi, can you say a few words about you?

I’ve been working at Sublime since February 2019, and before that I was working in a performance marketing agency. I was born as sales rep and selling is basically something I’ve done my entire life, even if at different levels.

Can you tell us about your position at Sublime?

I am Business Developer for Italy, meaning that I represent Sublime for the Italian market. As a result, I am in charge of the new business, a very challenging mission given the market saturation.

Why did you decide to join Sublime?

I knew the team I was joining. They are incredible people, 100% in line with my idea of doing business. Besides, I fell in love with the ad units.

A passion outside of work?

Travel. For me it’s the best way to enjoy my free time and spend my money. When you travel you make plenty of sights, values and entertainment.

Your motto in life?

Surviving is not relevant. Living is.

How would you describe your workday to a child?

I get up in the morning, eat two eggs and salmon, then I pick up the phone and try to explain how fantastic our ad units are to as many people as possible.

What do you like best about your job?

I am representing a company which offers great ad units, in terms of look and performance. People always have an enthusiastic reaction when they see our formats.

And finally, what is your favorite format from Sublime?

The swapping format, both desktop and mobile. It fits for 99% of advertisers, has a great in-view time and allows users to interact with brands in a funny way.
